The official RivalCrest Discord community is the currently published support channel for game questions and beta feedback. Do not post access tokens, room codes, wallet secrets, recovery phrases, or other confidential information in a public channel.

Email RivalCrest at Sup_rivalcrest@outlook.fr for support, privacy questions, account or data-deletion requests, and legal inquiries. Include enough information to help identify the relevant anonymous player account, but never send an access token, wallet private key, or recovery phrase.

Use the in-game report controls for clan messages, player display names, and clan profiles, and the block controls for clan-chat safety. To appeal a moderation action or report a safety issue that cannot be handled in the game, email RivalCrest Support. Reports and appeals do not notify the reported player of the reporter's identity.
